Screen displaying a publication.

A multi-edition publication (a regional daily, typically) draws an edition switcher above its highlighted issue; picking another edition reloads the screen as that publication, without any involvement from the host. publicationId stays what the host asked for: passing a new value resets the screen to it, edition switch or not.
