open
Opens a downloaded issue.
The issue must have finished downloading — its Download.Item.state must be Download.Item.State.Downloaded. Opening one that has not will not render.
Parameters
activity
the Activity to launch the reader from.
item
the downloaded issue, from CGS.download.
page
the page to open on, 1-indexed. Defaults to the first page; pass ReadingStatus.lastPageRead to resume.
