Types

Fully on the device. This is the state the reader needs to open the issue.

Bytes are coming in — follow Item.progress to see how far along.

The download stopped on an error. Call start to try again.

Nothing has been fetched. The issue is not on the device and no download is pending.

Stopped part-way, keeping what it already has. resume picks up from there.

Waiting its turn. The download manager will start it when capacity frees up.
