An image in an article's body, or the article's own lead image.
width and height are the source dimensions, given so a placeholder can hold the right aspect ratio before the bytes arrive.

where to load the image from.
caption
the caption to show under it, if it has one.
width
the source width, in pixels.
height
the source height, in pixels.
