The colors the empty-state placeholder shown when a section has nothing to display draws with.
A screen left alone reads these from the current CgsTheme, so it follows whatever theme it is composed under. To re-colour the placeholder on its own, build an instance, giving every color — there is no public default to start from — and pass it in a screen's colors, such as LibraryColors.
